Truck Driving Down Winfield Dunn Parkway Struck By Bullet Monday Afternoon
Detectives with the Sevierville Police Department said it happened at 12:06 p.m. near the River Lane area. The 2016 Chevrolet Colorado was traveling south when the driver's side rear passenger window was shattered by a bullet. Officers said nobody was injured at the time.
Investigators recovered a bullet inside the pickup, and at this time are trying to determine if the shooting was accidental or deliberate.
