Knoxville Police Respond To Pedestrian Fatally Struck On 275
Knoxville police were called to Interstate 275 Sunday, after learning a vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian on the highway.

Authorities told WVLT News the person was standing in the middle of the interstate when hit by a car around 7:43 p.m.

The collision happened at the Woodland Avenue exit.
