Union County Sheriff's Office Looking For Stolen Trailer, Needs Public's Help

UNION COUNTY - The Union County Sheriff's Office needs help from the public to find a trailer stolen from a church on Sunday, May 6.

The sheriff's office said the 16-foot enclosed trailer was stolen from Hines Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Union County. The trailer was used to haul food for the church's food pantry that assists the less fortunate in Union County.

"This senseless theft has hindered the operation of the church so any assistance in the recovery would be greatly appreciated," UCSO said in a release.

Anyone with information was asked to call the sheriff's office at 865-992-5212 or the crime stoppers hotline at 844-200-2878.
