Woman Killed In Accident At Bush Brother's Plant In Chestnut Hill; Investigation Underway
CHESTNUT HILL—A woman was killed in an accident at the Bush Brothers’ plant in Chestnut Hill, according to reports from authorities and media outlets. The victim’s name has not been released, nor any details about the accident which is under investigation. The Tennessee OSHA is investigating the incident, as is the Bush Brothers’ company. Bush Brothers closed its facility on Monday and counsellors were on hand for the reopening of the plant on Tuesday for workers. According to a report by Knoxville TV station WBIR, the woman was a contractor at the plant, but had been working there for several months.
