On March 6, a federal grand jury sitting in Knoxville indicted Gregory Lynn McKnight, Jr., 26, of Clintwood, Virginia, on four counts.

McKnight was charged with transfer of obscene material to a minor under the age of sixteen, attempted enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual explicit activity, attempt to produce child pornography and on travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.

According to the Clairborne County Sheriff's Office, McKnight was arrested on January 22 by officers with the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office and the New Tazewell Police Department at the Harrogate City Park.

In a release, officials arrested McKnight for being in immediate contact with a juvenile on social media where he posted several pictures of his "private parts."

McKnight faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison on each count and is currently in the Claiborne County jail under a $100,000 bond. According to Claiborne County officials, McKnight's arraignment is pending.
