Person Dies In Accident At Clayton Homes Facility In Maynardville Late Monday Morning
A spokesperson for the Tenn. Department of Labor and Workforce Development told local news outlets that a person had died at the Clayton Homes facility located in Maynardville sometime within the hours of Monday morning. According to the spokesperson, the victim was not an employee of Clayton Homes. The victim worked at Hoyle's Tire & Axle out of Henderson, North Carolina. The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration began an official investigation into the death, which could take 10 to 12 weeks to complete. TOSHA had not released any additional identification about the victim or the incident as of Monday afternoon.
