Knox Man Charged With Exposing Himself At Knoxville Library Now Charged With Exposing Himself In Store At Turkey Creek

A man already in jail for allegedly exposing himself to a teenage girl at a Knoxville library is now charged with exposing himself at a store in Turkey Creek.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office says Scott Taylor, 37, is now accused of exposing himself at Five Below, 11018 Parkside Drive, on December 14. Deputies say the victim recognized him from a previous encounter at the store on December 5.

Taylor is already in custody on charges of indecent exposure, engaging in sexual activity with intent to have a minor view, and simple possession after the Knoxville Police Department says he exposed himself to a teen girl at Bearden Branch Library.

Anyone who has had similar contact with Taylor is asked to call the Knoxville Police Department at (865) 215-7212 or the Knox County Sheriff's Office at (865) 215-2243.

Taylor has a criminal history in Knox County that includes drug possession, driving under the influence, assault, resisting arrest, domestic assault and more. He's being held on $13,000 bond.
