WIND CHILL ADVISORY For Portions Of East Tennessee Today Through Friday

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect tonight and through Friday morning, for Scott, Morgan, Cumberland, Fentress, and the higher elevations of Monroe, Blount, Sevier, Cocke, and Greene Counties. Wind Chills in these areas can feel as cold as 10 below zero.

Your Thursday goes from clouds to some sunshine, only reaching 27 degrees this afternoon. The wind chill will make that feel more like the teens, so make sure to stay bundled up all day!

Some flurries are possible again tonight as we drop to 10 degrees for our overnight low.

Beautiful sunshine arrives Fridays, but we're staying cold with a high of 26 degrees. The extended freeze continues Saturday hitting the upper 20s.

Relief is on the way! We get a break on Sunday as we top out in the low 20s with rain showers Sunday night.
