Loudon County Officials Say Man Accidentally Shot At Local Gun Show

Officials with the Loudon County Sheriff's Office reported to local news outlets that a man was accidentally shot at a gun show at the National Guard Armory in Loudon County on Saturday.

Deputies responded to a call of the reported shooting at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

According to officials, a vendor was attempting to clear a 12 gauge shotgun when it discharged. One pellet hit the ground and ricocheted off and struck another vendor in the neck. The injuries are not life threatening according to reports.
