North Korea Dictator Kim Jong Un Claims He "Can Control The Weather"

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un claims he can control the weather, Shepard Smith reported.

The country's government-run newspaper, which often disseminates outlandish propaganda about the 33-year-old tyrant, said he climbed atop a 9,000-foot peak near the Chinese border during a blizzard.

As he arrived at the top, the whiteout gave way to "fine weather," on account of Kim's presence, the government claimed.

"Mount Paektu presented charming scenery showing magic peaks and dazzling sunshine on its clear and blue waves," the newspaper said.

Kim reportedly "reflected on his nuclear ambitions" while standing atop the formerly stormy peak.

Kim "recall[ed] the emotion-charged days when he realized the great historic cause of completing the state nuclear force without yielding even a moment and with the indomitable faith and will of Paektu," it claimed, according to USA Today.

Those nuclear threats recently prompted America's westernmost state to test its Cold War-era attack sirens for the first time in many years.

Hawaii has dozens of sirens atop poles throughout the archipelago that it uses to execute tsunami warnings
