Armed Robber On Loose After Robbing Check First Cash Advance On Maynardville Highway

An armed robber is on the loose after targeting a North Knox County business, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Investigators said the man went into Check First Cash Advance at 7122 Maynardville Hwy. just after 6 Monday night armed with a knife. After getting money, deputies say he got on a bicycle and went north.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'9"-5'11" and between 200 and 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
