Campbell County Officials Looking For Man Who Assaulted Police Officer

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. (SOURCE: WVLT) -- The Campbell County Sheriff's Office said Sunday night they are searching for a man wanted on several charges, including aggravated assault on a police officer.

Charles Austin Parker, 32, is wanted for charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer and other charges not specified by officials.

Parker was described as a white male, standing 5'10" and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The suspect was reportedly operating a stolen 2008 dark gray Chevy Impala with Tennessee registration 4C2-1B5.
