Knoxville Man Indicted On Statutory Rape, Sexual Battery Charges
A Knoxville man was taken to Knox County Jail after an investigation by the Knox County Sheriff's Office Family Crisis Unit.

On Thursday, the Knox County Sheriff's Office said a Knox County Grand Jury indicted 28-year-old Michael A. Frank of aggravated statutory rape and sexual battery.

Frank is being held on a $50,000 bond. Officials said Frank does not have a prior criminal history in Knox County.
