TBI Identifies Remains Found Of Missing Hamblen County Man
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation identified human remains found in Hamblen County on Monday, August 14, as those of Isaac Watts, of Morristown.

The remains were discovered in a wooded area along Clyde Thomas Road and sent to the Regional Forensic Center in Knoxville for an autopsy.

TBI agents received information from the Medical Examiner's office confirming the identity of the remains. Watts was reported missing in November.

TBI said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
