Crews Respond To Woman Yelling For Help In Little River Saturday in Blount County near Townsend
Dispatchers say crews responded to the Mountaineer Campground in Townsend, where a woman called 911 after seeing another woman in distress in the river just before 5:00.
Investigators said the woman was pulled from the water and was not injured.
