Two People Arrested Ater Stabbing Near Fountain City
Two people have been arrested and charged following a reported stabbing near Fountain City on Thursday night.

Officers responded to the area of Maple Drive and Knox Road around 9:43 p.m. for reports of a stabbing.

When officers got there, they quickly detained two suspects. They found two other people with cuts and other injuries from a fight.

Officers believe alcohol was a factor in what started as a verbal argument which turned violent.

Two people were taken to the hospital and two others were arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
