Tennessee Offering Parents Ways To Check Safety Of Their Child's Daycare
Since 2014, the Tennessee Department of Human Services has publicly listed all licensed child care providers in the state, providing information about ages served, operating hours, location and violations.
Anyone can search the history of a child care facility by county and then zip code. The site can be found here.
If your questions are not answered by the information on the site, a licensed evaluator is assigned to answer further questions. Their name and number is listed along with the daycare.
