Knoxville Police Locate Driver Who Left Scene Of Crash, Left Boat Behind
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville police say they located the driver who reportedly fled the scene of a crash and left a boat behind. Police reported yesterday evening that a vehicle, possibly a red Ford Explorer or Chevy Blazer crashed on Western Avenue near Ball Camp Pike, leaving a boat behind. Officials searching for the driver and vehicle asked for the public's assistance. On Saturday night, the police department reported that the driver and vehicle were both located at about 8 p.m.
