MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Three men were
charged after allegedly raping a West Tennessee teenager inside her
house and posting a video of the incident on Facebook.
CBS affiliate WREG reported that Antun Hester, Martin Milan and Rayford
Smith were charged with aggravated rape and especially aggravated
exploitation of a minor after the 17-year-old victim reported the attack
on Wednesday.
The 17-year-old reportedly told police she agreed for Milan to come to
her house to have sex, but told him no after he asked if he could bring
his "brother." He arrived at her house later with Smith and Hester.
In the police report, WREG reported, officers confirmed they discovered
text messages between the girl and Milan corroborating the fact that she
told him no along with the recorded video on Smith's phone.
She let the three of them in, but according to WREG, made it clear she
was only interested in Milan. Smith and Hester were told to wait in
another room.
Police reported that several minutes after that, Smith and Hester went
into the teenager's room and raped her. Smith allegedly recorded the
incident on his cellphone and posted it to Facebook.
After the attack, the girl said she hid in her grandmother's bedroom.
According to police, Smith said he did not have sex with her at first,
but did confirm that he was the one who recorded the video. Later, he
reportedly changed his story but said that Hester was the one who went
into the room first and raped the 17-year-old.
WREG said that Milan allegedly confirmed what happened. |
