Memphis Man Bites Part Of Securty Guard's Face Off During Burglary
A Memphis man has been jailed after a
security guard claims he "bit part of his face off."
WREG reports that police were initially called to check into a burglary
early Wednesday morning on South Cooper in Memphis.
When officers arrived, they reported finding a bloodied security guard
who said he was hurt while trying to confront the burglary suspect
identified as Cortlandt Northcross.
The security guard was transported to Methodist University Hospital for
treatment.
Officers took Northcross into custody and charged him with aggravated
assault and burglary of a business.
