14-Year Old For Sex
A Knoxville man faces multiple felony
charges after driving to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex, the Knoxville
Police Department reports.
At 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Jason Allen Raley was arrested for solicitation
of a minor - aggravated statutory rape and exploitation of a minor by
electronic means following an investigation by the KPD's Internet Crimes
Against Children Task Force.
Investigators said Raley agreed to have sex with a 14-year-old girl via
electonic communication, drove to meet the teen, and sent and requested
nude photos of the girl.
Raley was taken into custody without incident by ICAC investigators and
officers with the KPD Violence Reduction Team.
