Body Found in Cherokee Lake Friday Afternoon; TWRA Called In To Investigate
Crews are investigating a body found in Cherokee Lake on Friday afternoon.

The body was reportedly noticed by a fisherman. The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency was requested to investigate the scene by the rescue squad in Jefferson County. TWRA agents are currently trying to determine if the incident was boating-related.
