The Blount County Sheriff's Office said
that they arrested four individuals following two "high risk" search
warrants served in two separate locations on Friday.
On Friday morning, deputies and officers with the Fifth Judicial Drug
Task Force and the sheriff's office SWAT team performed two search
warrants, one at a residence on Becks Circle Drive in Louisville and
another at a motel on Alcoa Highway.
Investigators discovered discovered approximately 19 grams of crystal
methamphetamine, one gram of heroin and items related to weighting,
packaging and selling narcotics at the Becks residence.
They also found a small amount of morphine and marijuana as well as two
long guns. They arrested 35-year-old Timothy Michael Kershaw and
36-year-old Amy Michelle Clarkson.
Kershaw was charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance
for resale, possession of schedule II controlled substance for resale
and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Clarkson was charged with maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are
used or sold, simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance and
a warrant for felony violation of probation.
Following the execution of the warrant at the Becks Circle Drive
residence, officials completed another search warrant at a motel on
Alcoa Highway.
Investigators seized $2,000 in cash and a handgun as well as three and a
half grams of heroin and 100 grams of crystal methamphetamine. Robin
White, 47, of Maryville, and Brittany Leanne Darnell, 27, of Maryville,
were arrested.
White was charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance,
possession of a schedule II controlled substance for resale and
possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
According to BCSO, she is also waiting on a previous drug charge.
Darnell is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance
for resale and felony violation of probation.
BCSO reported that bond amounts and court dates haven't been set for any
of the individuals yet. |
