several hours due to an injury crash at West Hills and Papermill that
injured a three-year old according to authorities.

Knoxville police responded to the scene and released information about
the crash on Saturday. According to their preliminary report, a Nissan
SUV struck a BMW SUV. Due to that collision, the Nissan was struck by a
BMW sedan and another vehicle.
The driver in the sedan was injured as was her three-year-old child. A
reconstruction team was brought in to begin the investigation due to the
child's initial condition. Both the mother and child were transported to
UT Medical Center.
The interstate reopened at around 7 p.m.
