Owner Of Southern Care Group Arrested In Greene County After Probation Violation

The owner of Southern Care Group Home was arrested in Greene County after she was found to be in violation of probation.

Whitley Gilbert was indicted by a grand jury on introduction of narcotics into a penal facility.

Previous story: Police: Morristown elderly group home without heat on 20-degree night

Gilbert is also charged with nine counts of neglect of elderly or vulnerable adults after police say they found the group home whe owns in Morristown went without heat overnight last week.

She's currently being held without bond.
