Icy Conditions Caused Several Crashes Monday Across Knox, Other Areas Of East Tn

Multiple crashes were reported across East Tennessee on Monday due to icy conditions.


KPD: Crash on Alcoa Highway

The Knoxville Police Department worked crashes in the following areas:

• Multi-vehicle injury crash on Callahan at Old Callahan
• Several wrecks on Alcoa Highway
• Multi-vehicle crash on I-40 E near Papermill
• Crashes on Summit Hill at State Street
• I-275 at Heiskell Avenue
• Multi-vehicle crash on Spring Hill Drive
