Alcoa Police Department Finds Missing 31-Year Old Woman Safe Late Monday

 The Alcoa Police Department announced that a missing 31-year-old woman was found safe on Monday afternoon.

Erica Opper, 31, was last seen walking away from her home Saturday morning. She was wearing a black parka with fur around the face with blue pants and white shoes.

Investigators described Opper as standing 5'6" and weighing 140 pounds.
