Car Burns In Middle Of Interstate 40 Sunday, Causing Gridlock In All Traffic Lanes Going West

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (SOURCE: WVLT)-- A car burned in the middle of Interstate 40 Sunday, causing gridlock in all traffic lanes going west, according to Knox County Dispatch.

Dispatchers  reported at 6:57 the fire was near Papermill Drive and that crews were on the interstate trying to distinguish the flames.

It isn't clear how the fire started or how many people are injured.
