Elkmont Historic District Cabins Damaged
In Fire; Investigators Asking Public For Information On How Fire Started
The National Park Service Investigative
Services Branch is searching for information concerning a fire that
caused damage to cabins in the Elkmont Historic District.
The cabins were damaged by a recent human-caused fire in the area known
as Daisy Town. The area is among those closed to the public for
rehabilitation.
Investigators are looking for information from anyone who may have seen
activity leading to the fire.
