KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (SOURCE: WVLT) --
Knoxville Police have arrested a man they believe is tied to several
robberies in the North Knoxville area last month.
KPD investigators said they located 27-year-old Christopher Lavel Rivers
on Nov. 30, taking him into custody in the parking lot of an area
apartment complex. Investigators interviewed him, where they determined
he was tied to three robberies.
Rivers has been charged with one count of attempted aggravated robbery
in connection to an incident at Domino's Pizza, 900 N. Broadway, on Nov.
10; one count of aggravated robbery in connection to an incident at
Kenjo, 1400 N. Central, on Nov. 12; and another count of aggravated
robbery in connection to an incident at Subway, 3121 N. Broadway, on
Nov. 18.
KPD arrested Rivers and he's currently being held on a $150,000 bond. |
