NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A man added
to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list in
October was captured in Arkansas early Friday morning.
James Rush Huddleston was wanted by the Spring Hill Police Department
and the TBI to face a homicide charge connected to a shooting on October
29 in Hohenwald. Phillip Pero, 35, of Hohenwald was killed during the
shooting.
The TBI and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force developed information
that Huddleston was in Omaha, Arkansas. He was arrested by the West
Arkansas U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force early Friday morning.
He is being held in the Boone County Jail in Arkansas, pending
extradition to Tennessee. |
