Pigeon Forge Firemen Pray Together Thanksgiving Day During Their Annual Dinner

The firemen at the Pigeon Forge Fire Department pray together around the dinner table during their annual Thanksgiving Day dinner.

Members of the fire department said it's tough to not have their families around, but they said their loved ones understand. The brothers at the Pigeon Forge Fire Department whipped up a meal most families would be jealous of, and everyone played their part.

While the firefighters said they enjoyed their meal, they said they were also thankful for so much more.

Nearly one year after 2016's deadly wildfires, firemen say they were most thankful for their community and how those within it came together to support each other.
