Knox County Man Found Dead From Gunshot Monday Night According To Knoxville Police

A man was found dead from a gunshot wound Monday night, according to Knoxville Police.

Investigators said officers were called to 2315 Fisher Place at 11:44 p.m. Monday for a report of a man shot. Officers found the victim dead on the scene.

The victim's name is not being released, pending notification of next of kin. Police say the shooting did not appear to be random.
