Jefferson City Police Looking For Armed Bank Robber

A man wearing dark clothing robbed a Jefferson City bank at gun point and made off with an undiscovered amount of money Friday, according to the Jefferson City Police Department.

Officers said the man robbed the BB&T Bank on E. Broadway Blvd around 6:00 p.m.

Authorities said the male was approximately 6’04” and 250 lbs.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators said the Federal Bureau of Investigation is assisting police.
