-- SAFE HARBOR Child Advocacy Center of the Smokies is dedicated to
serving children who are victims of severe neglect, physical and sexual
abuse, or have been a witness to violent crime or act through
prevention, education and intervention.
A taste of great food and moonshine will help raise money for the group
on Friday, Sept. 29. The Harvest Moon"Shine" Fest will take place at the
River Place Farms in Sevierville.

SAFE HARBOR talks with children and youth ages 3 to 18 about things that
may have happened to them, and teaches them how to stay safe. All of the
services are provided at no cost to the families. They serve the 4th
Judicial area of East Tennessee, which includes Cocke, Grainger,
Jefferson and Sevier counties.
