Blount County Sheriff's Office Reports Fatal Crash Betwen Dump Truck, Tractor Near Sam James Road
MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Blount County Sheriff's Office said Monday night that a serious crash involving a dump truck and a tractor resulted in one death.

The crash, which happened around 5:35 p.m. Monday on Blockhouse Road near Sam James Road, resulted in the death of the tractor driver.

The Sheriff's Office Traffic Safety unit is investigating the accident. The investigation is ongoing. No additional information was available Monday night.
