OUR VIEW: 09/16/2017- The Real Clear and Present Danger To America Is Not Donald Trump, It's Hillary Herself And The Clinton Crime Foundation

One of the fun aspects of what I do as Publisher of the Great Smoky Mountain Journal is waking up every morning holding my breath waiting to see what some bat-crap (my momma would be proud I didn't use the word I wanted there) crazy politician has said expressing their world view about America and the world at large.

One quick case I'll mention in passing is Rep. Maxine Watters’ (D-CA) comment Friday that the "humiliation" Attorney General Jeff Sessions faced when he was being criticized by President Trump a few months back is the same humiliation black people have felt for the past two centuries living in this great nation.

Her exact quote was "now he knows what it feels to be a black person."

The response to that may take on a whole editorial unto itself soon but I mention this now to illustrate how fun my job is laughing at the morons who are called to be our leaders. Have people like Watters and others just like her, including Hillary Clinton, fallen out of some alternate universe where smoking weed is like drinking water? Yes, I'm rolling my eyes already.

And then there is the one and only Hillary Clinton who Friday called President Trump a "clear and present danger to this country" while on her "What Happened" book tour trying to explain why she lost.

At last count, there are 56 excuses she has given with only Santa Claus, The Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy, Aliens from Mars, Bigfoot, The Abominable Snowman, and George W. Bush being left off her list.

The Bush comment is tongue in cheek since former President Bush was blamed for everything wrong with our political standing in the world by the Obama folks including Clinton, who served four years as Obama's Secretary of State. Obama and Clinton were supposed to "restore" America's posture in the world's eyes to where we were supposed to be respected again after eight horrible years of being led by the "Cowboy" Bush.

Eight years later it was apparent that America was far more respected under Bush than Obama, because like him or not, Bush didn't make idle threats against our enemies who threatened our national security.

You may agree or disagree with his actions in Afghanistan and Iraq but he at least made it clear to the world that terrorism and other attacks on our nation would not be tolerated and our enemies knew it.
In Hillary Clinton's mind however, even eight years later, it is not our enemies who are the "clear and present" danger to the nation, but President Trump, the man who defeated her in November 2016 in the greatest upset in political history.

In an interview with Rachael Maddow Clinton railed against President Trump saying she was imploring the White House to find "people who know better" to keep tabs on his actions.

Clinton said that Trump proved to be "unpredictable" and has "no strategic plan, [but] just emotional... reactive and visceral behavior" in which to deal with threats like North Korea and Iran.

She said that on "big issues" like that, the federal government is able to "contain" Trump, but that it may not be enough to stop future reckless activity.

She said “I think this president and some of the people around him pose a clear and present danger to our country domestically, to our institutions of democracy, our self-governance and our rule of law."

Yes, she said all of this with a straight face and Maddow stood there shaking her head in reckless affirmation.

Hillary needs to stop using words she doesn’t understand and has never understood going back to her days as first lady in Washington D.C. such as "no strategic plan" (Uh, let's talk Benghazi), "reactive and visceral behavior" (Uh, should we talk about your attitude toward conservative, Christian Americans calling them deplorable; if that's not enough how bout we bring up your husband's sex scandals and rapes?) and the best line of all, "the rule of law" (I can't seem to stop laughing long enough to finish writing about that one).

The rule of law? That coming from a lady who should be in blanking jail (my momma would be proud again) for basically destroying government hard drives, Bleach-biting or cleaning the server of so much that God Himself would have to call up Bill Gates to figure out how to recover the data.

Then there was also the setting up an illegal server, taking millions of dollars for pay to play schemes while Secretary of State, selling our national secrets abroad to the highest bidder, giving cover and protection to our enemies, and probably a body bag list so big that Tony Soprano is turning over in his grave in envy.

So, who is more of a "clear and present danger” to America?

Last time I checked President Trump is not the one threatening any other nation with nuclear missile tests. That's North Korea who were handed on a silver platter their nuclear material that they are using today to test these missiles by none other than yes, Mrs. Clinton's husband and former President BILL Clinton in 1994.

Last time I checked, President Trump didn't reopen relations with a communist neighbor to our south and remove sanctions that had Cuba in a weakened state right where we wanted her. That was done by President Obama with the blessing of Mrs. Clinton while Secretary of State.

By the way, Cuba's "thank you" to America for that are attacks on our consulate with some type of sonic device that has injured several of our diplomats.

Last time I checked President Trump didn't ok the funding of $150B to the rogue nation of Iran who daily calls for the destruction of the USA and Israel.

Last time I checked President Trump has done everything possible to keep our borders secure against illegal immigration as well as other terror threats such as ISIS and Al-Qaeda.

Clinton and Obama pushed for open borders, supported Muslim groups left and right that hated America, destabilized the Middle East while screwing up Libya and Egypt's government, pulling out of Iraq that created ISIS in the first place, and on numerous occasions betraying Israel, our only ally in the Middle East.

Last time I checked President Trump had not allowed our two greatest enemies, Russia and China, to grow in strength and sell off 20% of our uranium to the Kremlin in exchange for another pay-to-play deal for Bill Clinton’s speaking fees.

I could go on but you get the picture.

There ARE REAL clear and present dangers to our democracy.

The communist backed movements like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and the abortion on demand industry slaughtering babies by the millions in the name of cash are a good  few to start. The military type Gestapo efforts of the LGBTQ community to fight anyone who disagrees with them is another.

We're not homophobic. But when a movement screams tolerance only when their lifestyle is the one they feel should be tolerated, that is a danger to any democracy!

All of these groups have the 10000% backing of Mrs. Hillary C.

Another clear and present danger is Clinton buddy and supporter George Soros who has spent billions to sow discord in this nation by supporting racially charged groups and inciting near treason against governments his wicked liberal world view doesn’t agree with.

The racial division we have in this nation at the present is also a clear and present danger, something the Clintons and Obamas stoked at every turn going back to the days the Clintons were in charge and especially over the past eight years while Obama was in office.

North Korea, Iran, Russia, China and Cuba are ALL clear and present dangers, but these things never got mentioned in Mrs. Clinton’s display of stupidity au grande on MSNBC.

So no, Mrs. Clinton, the real clear and present danger is not President Trump, the clear and present danger to this nation are people like YOU, YOUR FORMER BOSS and your husband.

Thank God the only thing Mrs. Clinton you can do now after getting your ass handed to you in November is what you're doing now- be interviewed on the TV networks so you can spew your lies and stupidity and the toxic waste that is coming out of your mouth.

You only go on networks are shows which are as big a fraud as you and your husband are and spew news that is also just as fake.

Put that in your toilet worthy book and smoke it. I'll be glad to autograph my recommendation even on Amazon for you.

While in Wal-Mart a few days back, I saw your book had already been "reduced" from the $30 price tag to the "discounted section" in two weeks.

Not a good sign but one worthy of the second biggest fraud ever perpetuated on the American public going back for nearly four decades.

The other one was and still is your boss whom this nation blindly elected to two terms and is also thankfully gone forever from our political landscape.

It seems to me that the America public is getting sick of the Clinton machine but it seems the Clintons are the last ones to be getting this message, especially Hillary. Only in her world does she believe people care anymore what she has to say. We don’t!

One more thing. You would think having a criminal, crooked, and stupid political dynasty such as theirs would have a statute of limitations. I guess not. But again, things could be worse. She could have been President.
