Arrested As Person Of Interest In Murder Of Woman In Somerset, KY
PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Police in
Dandridge, Tennessee have arrested a man who they say is a person of
interest in the murder of a woman on a church property in Somerset.
Carolyn New was killed on August 24 as she cleaned an activity center at
her church, Denham Street Baptist in Somerset. On Tuesday, police in
Dandridge arrested 41-year-old Dwight Mitchell Bell on charges stemming
from the warrant for the theft of Carolyn New’s automobile.
Police have been looking for Bell since they found Carolyn New's vehicle
after her murder.
