City Of Severville Assting Pigeon Forge Police For Skeletal Remains Found In Music Mountain Drive, Teaster Lane Area
The City of Sevierville is assisting the Pigeon Forge Police Department with the investigation near the Music Mountain Drive and Teaster Lane area.
Crews were dispatched to the scene at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday after a man working for a cable company reported skeletal remains discovered near a tent camp site in the woods.
Pigeon Forge Police called in a forensic team with UT to help recover bones.
Officials said it appears the person had been staying in the tent and has been deceased for a while.
