County Inmate Dies After Trying To Commit Suicide
An inmate who was transported to UT
Medical Center by Anderson County EMS Thursday after an apparent suicide
attempt has died.
Officials say Brian Jeffery Seeber, 42, jumped from the second floor
tier in one of the housing units at the detention facility. He was taken
to UT around 6 a.m. on Thursday.
Saturday, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released information
that Seeber later died.
Seeber had been serving time for rape and especially aggravated sexual
exploitation charges. He was booked into custody on June 6 of this year
by members of the Clinton Police Department.
