Missing Three Year Jefferson County Boy Found Near Dock In Cherokee Lake Dies At Hospital
 A missing three-year-old boy from Jefferson County, found near a dock in the Cherokee Lake, died at the hospital Sunday, according to Jefferson County Sheriff Bud McCoig.

Sheriff McCoig said deputies received a call about a missing three-year-old on Greenbriar Road around 6:30 Sunday afternoon.

After searching for the boy for thirty mintues, neighbors and deputies found him in the water.

Investigators said the boy was transported to Jefferson Memorial Hospital, where he did not survive.
