Tad Cummins, the man who lead
investigators on a month-long AMBER Alert search for a 15-year-old girl,
had his teaching license revoked, CBS affiliate WTVF reports.
Cummins was previously indicted on charges of transporting a minor
across state lines for the purpose of engaging in criminal sexual
conduct and obstruction of justice. He pleaded not guilty to the federal
charges filed against him.
WTVF learned that Cummins' teaching license was revoked, meaning that if
he wanted to teach again in the future he would have to re-apply for
that license. That application would go to a board who would make a
decision
