Two Suspects
Arrested For Vandalizing "I Believe In Nashville" Murial
Two suspects accused of vandalizing the "I
Believe In Nashville" mural in Nashville surrendered to police.
The mural was painted to say "I Believe In Global Warming" Tuesday
overnight on 12th Avenue South, according to WTVF.
A suspect identified as Brandon Murphy turned himself into police
Wednesday. A female suspect that is unidentified at this time also
surrendered to officers.
This is the second hit the mural has taken in recent months. The mural
was covered with tar in March. WTVF reports the landlord had the tar
removed, and the mural was repainted by Nashville artist Adrien Saporiti.
March 25 marked the fifth anniversary of the mural's creation.
