Federal Judge Approves AT&T, Time Warner $85B Dollar Merger
The Justice Department sued to block it, arguing the combination of the phone and TV giant would great company so large that it would hurt competition and consumers. The judge said the government failed to meet the burden of proof.
President Trump called the merger not good for the country. The judges decision may pave the way for other big media mergers.
