Man Accused Of Fatal Shooting At Opry Mills Nashville Mall In Court Today
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) -- The man accused of fatally shooting one at the Opry Mills mall in Nashville a week ago is due in court today.

Justin Golson has been charged with homicide. The District Attorney's Office has subpoenaed witnesses in the case, but it's unclear in they'll have to speak to the judge on Thursday.

Golson allegedly admitted he shot and killed Demarco Churchwell at the mall after an ongoing dispute.
