TBI Issues Endangered Child Alert For Four-Year Old Missing From Dickson, TN
Four-year-old Kalynn Turnbow is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, weighing about 30 pounds and is 3'5" tall.
According to CBS affiliate WTVF, reports stated she was last seen with her 44-year-old father, Jason Bradford at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on April 4.
She is paralyzed from the waist down and requires assistance, officials said. Bradford is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, weighing about 198 pounds and is about 6'1" tall.
